Have you tried reversing the cable? As in the short side to the radio & the longer side to the interlink. I read this at another fourm somewere (don't remember where) & it solved the problem.

Don't know what your problem is, but I had problems with my 9CHPS until someone told me that it should be in PPM not PCM mode.
