Hey guys, I'm getting a good bit of resistance on movement of the flybar when I tighten down on the bolts in the head block that hold the flybar assembly in place. See this drawing: clicky! (http://heligator.com/synergy/A19.htm) Also, the offending bolt is part number 100-406 in this drawing: clicky! (http://heligator.com/synergy/A18.htm) Should I just back off the pressure and make sure I've got plenty of loctite on it?

Use a washer or take some off the tip of the bolt.
Make shure you clean up the threads and then run it thru a 4mm nut a few times.Use red thread lock.

Red?! Really??? I don't wanna have to take a torch to the thing to get it out. Are these known for backing out or something?

Its a 4mm bolt.
If you can't get a good grip on this then I would be looking in to better set of allen wrenches.

I use red any where I have a big enough bolt to get a good grip on and some smaller items.Don't drowned it in it.

If you are still crashing a lot maybe you should use blue.
I hardly post any more.

I do what works for me... my way may not be for every one.

Hope this helps :)
