Hey Jeanette,
Looks like I'm going to make it to Vegas after all! Three of us will be flying down from Chico Friday afternoon and back late Saturday night. Too bad I had to cut it short but it's better than missing out altogether. We'll be there pretty much all day Saturday. Enough to meet and greet some fellow Freaks and of course look for some great deals on goodies. Sorry to hear your other half can't make it! Tell him I said "Hi".

Alrighty, I'll be looking forward to warm 35 degree Vegas after spending a few cold days in Indiana where it's 8 degrees currently! :glasses2:

No, Unfortunately we're not. We were going to bring the motor home down but we couldn't get enough time off to swing that and figured it'd be too much hassle trying to get all the heli's and gear on a commercial flight. Too bad too because I'd love to see someone really "bang" my ultralight Trex 550. I know it can do a lot more than what I can with it.
BTW... I hope all the Heli Freaks wear name tags so we can spot everyone. I'm going to make one up for myself.

Oh I will be doing some night flying with my rex 450. Friday and saturday, helicopter willing :roll:

I would but with my digital camera AND a 1GB card it only holds 12 minutes of vid, but 2000 photos + :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
10.1 Mp and it will be set to 1024 resoultution

Looks like a change to my plans. I think I'll just be driving out, as my friend that was going to come with me probably will not be able to go. No point bringing the RV just for me, as I have friends that live five minutes away from the field.

Got to see some increadible flying today. Tomorrow should be even better!
Alan Jr's Mom was really funny. I was asking her about the events and what they intailed (she was working the registration tent). She said she didn't know anything about helicopters and had to basically read the text descriptions. I found this pretty funny considering her 2 sons are some of the best pilots around. LOL
