my cx did a nice big nose in from about 25 ft two days ago
second time that s happened both times it was the dreaded

BLADE STRIKES might have been a flybar strike but either way i watched the blade decinigrate in mid air and the cx plows in canopy first

i have replaced 4 packs of upper and lower blades in two weeks
and im flying it in no wind

any suggestions to prevent the next nosedive attempt??
i really like flying the cx but it seems a little fragile if you lean on it too
hard
what do you guys suggest?? longer inner and outer shaft ? shortened flybar? maybe both
any suggestions would be great
thanks guys

here this helped mine alot and I mean alot I did both stage 1 and stage 2 upgrades

http://www.bladecxpro.com/

p.s. you might want to buy a couple of inners and outters as you will still crash once and a while and once you upgrade if you have to fix it the stock part will suck. I have 3 inners and 3 outers and I have fixed the CX twice so it pays to have them on hand. you will really like the change makes for flying in the wind alot better as well

good luck and I hope this helps you feel free to pm me if you have any ?

I think No Gassers is right. This has worked well for me although I found that the "air-cooled" motors from bladecxpro.com, even though quiet and very high in torque, drain batteries in about 3 minutes of fly time.
In flying the CX, you must be aware of your position at all times and not get in a situation where you have to make sudden, extreme stick adjustments which can easily cause either rotor blades and/or fly bar to flex to the point of getting into each other's path causing a strike. Trying to fly too high and hitting an upper air current that you can't fight your way out of is a perfect way to do this. I've been there and done that!
