My E550 just arrived.
I will be hacking at the kit to make it battery friendly and stretching it to a titan instead of the 30 .

I will be running a Z-Power 50 (780kv) motor.
The heli will be quick uk'ed and stretched to full titan size (up from the 30 size it is)
For battery packs i will run A123 cells which means i need to make new lower frames to fit them.

Servos undecided yet but something in the hitec range, 6965 or so.
This will be my testbed for the dx7, 401/9254 and a Jazz 55 or CC HV 85 .

so far it is quite a step down from the 9x2's(9303) that i am using but i hope to get used to it real quick :lol:

Just got mine in as well, spent a few hrs on it only but so far it is looking like all fits very well. I do not like the fact that the boom is only held by (2) hexheads though, I am going to put on on top and bottom about 15mm ahead of the ones in the back boom block. Pics on my webby on E Rappy section "yes I know it is a RR gallery",,, but it has all my pics and I am waiting for the HF gallery to be upgraded :wink: .

All done , i have had on short hop in the front yard. Everthing runs as expected. This is not as sweet a feel as my E raptor conversion though.
I hope to get it to the field for a real flight this week end.

Keep us updated! I'm wanting an E-Raptor but don't know if I want to buy one or to convert.

Works good. I was hopeful that it would match my TT raptor 50 and it does.
That being said i think i prefer the trex, but i really need more flight time to be sure.
