I put on a set of Curtis Youngblood CF tail blades.. but they are about 1cm longer than the stocks... they don't touch the ground.
Any issues I should be aware of with longer blades?

I've been running the Outrage 95mm with no problem. They tap down in the grass a little more but the only downside is that I have to clean of the chlorophyll more often.

I run the stock Velocity 95mm carbon tails on my 550. They work great. Longer tail blades give your tail more authority and holding power.

I havent ran them yet, or the heli for that matter, but I bought edge 92mm blades for mine.

i ran 92mm before but i had to drop back and add that silly orange pingpong ball to keep the tail out of the grass i mow the field every weekend but it still kept hitting grass. the kbdd dont make that crazy sound like the edge will -cause the kbdds are softer and dont hold like the stiffer ones do,
*crazy holding power = crazy zip zip noise.

Been running Curtis 92s since day one. 95s on 600, 92s on 550.

They hold better, I couldn't do some maneuvers without the stock ones blowing out. The kbdd 92's have been great
