So here I sit on a Sat night rebuilding my 700N after a nasty crash. (exciting life right?) Anyway as I sift through the carnage I notice that there is some damage to the cooling fins on my head (YS91SR) and the engine mounts when viewed from the bottom of the engine (think looking at backplate) seem to be angled outward away from the engine. This is the first crash on this heli since new other than a hard landing from a forced auto after a tail failure. Druing the initail build everything fit together flawless but I did have a problem getting my Hatori pipe to clear the fan shroud after rebuilding the bushing system at a funfly. I loosened all the mounts and after screwing with it for an hr I wanted to get in the air (missing funfly) so I hacked a corner off my shorud. Anyone els notice this on there 700?
