I crashed my Expert badly the other week, and I've currently doing the rebuild. I'm thinking about putting an Extreme head on just so I have a common set of repair parts between all my helis (Expert, Extreme and Ion). Can anyone see a problem with putting the Extreme head on the Expert?

There is no problem putting the Extreme head on the Expert.
There is only a difference of a couple of parts between the Extreme and Expert head.
The Extreme uses the C-Clip axle and different thrust bearings.
The Expert uses the stepped end axle and different thrust bearings.
That is the only difference in the Expert rotor head and the Extreme.
120-70 Extreme Axle Kit will make an Expert rotor head the same as the Extreme.
