Well without offending anyone - and I live in UK. It does not take a lot of thought to see that something LOOKS suspicious. It may be a thought to allow only those who were already registered with helifreak prior to the competition to vote. It takes a little time to find your way round the forums as well, or was that just me! :wink: Bob, When did you publish the competition would be decided by a vote? Maybe only count the votes of those who registered prior to that announcment.

Before anyone jumps on Piranha, he may well have nothing to do with the obvious rigging going on here. IP addresses should provide an interesting story. Since there is a Finless built heli at stake here, this is uncool!

Hmmmm not sure what to do here and I will be discussing with the admin team. Seeing this many votes ALL today from accounts registered TODAY is alarming and certainly something is not right about this. The idea of only using registered accounts at the announcement of this poll my be the right thing to do and is an idea we will consider.

It seems to me that every time something is to be given away, that someone or some group has the inside edge. I would like this one time, this one contest, to be fair and impartial.

Man this sucks honestly.... I never expected something like this. I wanted it to be right and I am VERY bothered by the fact that all these votes for Piranha's avitar are all from people registered Dec 11 and voted Dec 11, all in a very short period of time. I am not saying Piranha instigated this at all but obviously this kind of thing CANT go unnoticed!

The idea that people that were registered at the time the poll was announced seems right.

I will decide and as I said confer with the other admins here.

The only way to decide who wins - Is Bob's personal felling and perception! And it was strange idea to make this poll cause the avatar is wery personal thing!!! In my opinion it would be a little bit strange if for example i decide to make a poll in the shoping center, trying to ask people's opinion wich t-short or panties should I wear :lol: :lol: :lol:
Nevertheless, the rules of the poll were created not by me and in my opinion there was no any foul of the game you proposed!!!

Hi Piranha, I never thought you put people up to this. I think you deserve to win just like anyone else! I do not accuse you of creating friends to sign up and vote.

But I do have to say it is very stange all these votes are from people that signed up here on Helifreak Dec 11th? EVERY ONE OF THEM! If they were all my fans of my videos why are they signing up all on Dec 11th and the only posts they have made are on this forum and to vote? If they were my fans and liked my videos how did they see them before without signing up here on helifreak before Dec 11th?

You MUST admit this is a very strange set of circumstances dont you agree?

Here in Russia this hobby is rather new and there is not so wide quantity of info also there is a kind of language barrier not - every Russian people know english enough to surf such a usefull forums like Helifreak!
Also many people have already download it from here and from RR and get it with HDX kits recently, and share it with others on cd's ore somehow!!!
So Here among heliaddicted guys you are a real HeliGuru and HeliGod :noteworthy

I understand but you must agree to have so many people all make accounts on the same day and vote is a little odd? Why did they all sign up in one day?

Statistically if they all looked here and wanted to vote they would have signed up over several days NOT all within a few hours in one day! You cant expect people here to look at this sudden flood of new users all within a few hours in ONE day and not question?

Statistically..... this is an abnormal distribution of new user sign ups and votes and anyone looking at this would question this distribution of numbers.
