Wow that C90 has about the most awesome looking tail pitch slider mechanism I have ever seen on a model... Something looks wierd on the head though, the way the linkages are so angled is strange...

Looks like possibly a great heli for an e-conversion with the belt drive setup is has.

I'll post pics of my C30 tonight. I'm now more inspired to tear out the OS32 and figure out why it runs so lean. I'm pretty sure it's got a bad seal in the carb somewhere.

Anyone have a good idea for an alternate canopy? I hate the bulbous old school original one I have... Maybe a trex 500 canopy will fit ;)

Thats a lot of money for a poor welder.
Maybe I in time could get an older one and fit the 06 kits on it, and a spare tail kit.

OK here are some of the concept 30 dx I am resurecting. I refreshed the OS32 with piston/sleve/o-rings. I had a set of JR DS821's lying around, as well as a 401 / 9254 from my trex 600 that got booted off and replaced with a 611 :) Got some nice looking NHP 515 carbon mains, some raptor white paddles, raptor header tank, raptor tail blades. Went with the align voltag regulator and lipo, but I'll need a bigger battery as it's way too tail heavy right now...

I need ideas for a canopy, the original looks lame and is in bad shape anyway. I have a rex 600 that actually fits but loks funny, too big. Also I need a better tail slider if there is a better one available. This one has no pivot points on the slider, the links just screw right to it and it just flexes, kind of like the original trex450 X tail slider. :thumbdown:

Any ideas for upgrades please let me know :)

not a huge Kyosho guy personally but today I made the best decision ever, i traded my 40 size plank for an NEW Nexus 30 Type S :Bang:YeaBaby:. ill try to get sum pics up when i get the decals at least, its just and airframe right now.

Not much of the original Caliber 3 left now. More like a Caliber EP700 with an OS37 motor, but it flies MUCH better now.
