tail glitch

Newbie question here. Had some blade tracking problems so I removed the main shaft to make sure it wasn't bent and causing the problem. Obviously I had to loosen the drive belt to remove the shaft. Since putting it back together when I spool up and hover the tail twitches. Could this be caused by the belt being looser or tighter than before? It wasn't doing this before.
