i have read some stuff on other forums that if you cut your motor wires it will reduce glitches and will look more tidy. is that true because i need to afew cm of them and i dont want to reuin my esc.
can anybody give me advice

There's nothing wrong with cutting your ESC wires to tidy things up. You might even improve performance just slightly.
Yes it could possibly reduce glitching as there is less wire to radiate EMI, and the remaining EMI would ony occur at higher freqs, but I'm not so sure this would be significant to be honest.
