Hi,
Am looking to upgrade my servos. my Futaba mini s3101 analog servos keep stripping gears... am looking for more rigid servos, and the JR is available locally for me so it would be best to buy those instead of the airtronics, since i'll have to order gears when i strip them as opposed to running to my LHS.
anyone know if those Mini JR servos will fit?

yes they do fit and they are very robust.i snapped a ball link end, bent some of the ball links but servo gears are intact.i'm a pro when it comes down to crahsing and these servos can take some punishment.

some people say they dont fit, some do... did you have to modify the mounting?
do they align up nicely with the ccpm?

i'm using the webcam incorporated in a small laptop so they might lack in quality but you'll get a general ideea.they are fast enough for me and if you really want very fast response use a 6v bec.i can hardly control it as is.

hmm, this case probably JR 3401 would also fit ... 26.5 x 15 x 33 mm and 4.3 kg cm, .19s/60deg, metal gear, 2 ballrace
DS3421
- 1.3 x 1.02 x 0.58 = 3.3 x 2.6 x 1.47 cm and 65 oz/inch = 4.68, 0.18s/60deg, metal gear, two ballrace
