I been locking at the T-REX 450S Kit Combo+New 430L3550+35X ESC as it is in my price range and seams to be reasonable and was wondering if would be a mistake or if there is something i should know about it.

The T-Rex 450 is an extremely popular heli. It's hard to go wrong with this. Some feel it's better to start with a bigger heli, as they generally get easier to fly as they get bigger. Personally, I think there are many things that make this an ideal first heli. Among them:

- Tremendous knowledgebase, on this forum and elsewehere.
- It flies quite nicely, and is fully aerobatic.
- Parts are unbelievably plentiful and cheap
- Small and electric, so you have many more options for flying fields.

If you do get the 450, be sure and check out the build and setup videos that Finless has on this site. You'll find them invaluable.
