I have made it through about 10 flights breaking only 1 set of blades...I have not be able to keep the heli over a small spot for more than 10 seconds or so...What is the ideal center of gravity for the 450?? I have it pretty much balanced (for & aft) at the Main shaft...is "skittish" hover behavior indicative of something amiss in my head setup? I'm a bit concerned about my set up since I can hover really great on the G3 Simulator but have this real skittish behavior on my 450...pointers, please.

you want a Head Speed of around 2600-2800 for hovering. this will give you a more stable bird.

After reviewing the videos again...most importantly the maintenance video I am in MUCH better shape...I had my 450 setup MUCH too tight...after readjusting the drive train, belt tension and Flybar set up I can hover! ... now I'll start working on nose in flight.
