Will this servo work with Fut 401 Gyro

I am currently in kuwait and wounded my FUT 9254 TR servo. I have a JR 8700 and from everything I have read, it is a great tail rotor sevo. Is it compatable with the Fut 401 gyro?

If I remember correctly the gyro will drive that servo hard over to its mechanical limit when it initializes, also it needs to be run with DS mode OFF as its an analog servo.

Thanks for your information. I found a gear set at the lhs in Kuwait and repaired the 9254. Good info for the next uncontrolled landing.
