Did you lock the back of the crank while tightening the fan hub down? If not, its very hard to get any collet style hub tight enough so it wont spin. I've done this same thing myself when I first started flying the MA machines. I've seen almost all helicopters on the market spin the fans if you don't crank them down tight enough.

I did lock the crank, but apparently I didn't get "tough enough" with it. After I put the fan hub back on this time I installed it like I was putting a lug nut on my car. :mrgreen: Hasn't backed off yet.
