toki .40 in 30v2

can someone please tell me why a toki40 will bolt right in my v1 with no problems and when i put it in the v2 the top of the clutch hits the tpo inside of the clutch bell.please help

May be the clutch bell on the V.2 is not screwed all the way in into the pinion???

Pull engine and look behind clutch and cooling fan.I GUARANTEE you will find the problem to be a black washer between the cooling fan and the engine.
