what is the best speed control programe card for heli

can any will tell me what is the best speed control card that i must have and does they work for all type of speed control ? i am new to the heli hobby

You need to decide on a ESC first, and then get the programmer (if there is one) appropriate for the ESC - not all of them have a programme card. Some connect to a PC via a cable (like Castle Creations Castlelink), and several do not have a external programming facility (eg. Align ESCs).
