new on the block

just wanted to send a hello out to all the people that will be assisting me in my learning of heli flight over the next couple of months :hug:

i purchaced a falcon 40 and the second day ibroke the tail rotor in half with a wrong touch of the thumb .
so one week later tail rotor arrives and am tring it out on the floor when my 2 year old daughter walks by pouncing on my back at the same time my 1 year old son knocks the power pack out of the wall. ( have to pick my batteries up yet ) so half throttle and out of control i am grabbing for kids heli and power pack at same time needless to say broke flybar one one side but am learning to hover . have ordered my parts and they should be here in about 3 days :shock: .
but all in all i'm having fun .

seems to be a great site here and will be back with questions for sure .

The best advise I can give you is to get your self a good simulator and spend as much time as you can here on Helifreak!

Make sure you learn how to use the search button before you start asking a bunch of questions that have been asked a 100 times before. Trust me when I tell you that everything you need to know is written in these threads somewhere.

if you have not already watch Finless Bob's biuld vids.
