Good multicell format balance charger?

Hey guys,

I am looking for a good charger that will charge nimh, nicd, and balance charge lipo 2s, 3s, and 4s cells.

Does the duratrax Ice or the Triton balance charge lipos?

Budget is around $100 give or take a twenty or two haha.

I'd like to bump this to the top since one of my RC buddies (on the ground though) said it is one of the better chargers on the market? he normally uses these for recharging NiMH hump packs

Would this be a good charger to go with a lipo in a Trex 450?
