Is it possible to use the 600 brushless with 5S lipo pack (9T pinion) on a Swift?
I've already this motor.
Or can someone tell me the best motor for a 5S setup?
Thanks in advance

I do not see why it shouldn't. Just be sure to use the appropriate pinion.... the one that will give you the proper gear ratio for the head speed you want, relative to the type of flying you are going to be doing and the battery pack voltage you will be using.
What is the KV of the motor, and what type of flying do you want to do??

The Align 600L Kv is 1620
I'll use a 5S1P 3700 FP Evo 20 NF pack and 550 SAB CF blades
I think I'll use a 9T pinion shooting for 2100/2200 rpms (3D setup)

I am sorry, but a 1650KV motor would be way too high with a 9T pinion.
Your 5S1P Evo is a 18.5V pack, the maingear on the Swift is 96T.
So relating that KV rating to the Voltage of the battery, you would have a motor rpm of 18.5 x 1620 = 29970. So assuming this is a good relatively efficient motor that will be used an efficient ESC, then we can assume that 90% efficiency can be used for our calculations. Ninety percent of 29970 is 26973.
To get that down to a 2200 rotor speed you would need a gear ratio of 12.26/1
With a 96T maingear you would need a 7.8 tooth pinion (so we will use an 8T unit - this gives a ratio of 96/8 = 12/1).
With a 9T pinion your head speed would be about 2820!!!
With an 8T pinion you would have about 2250.

Ok.
I think I can use an 8T mod. 1.0 pinion from Mikado (item #MIK2508 .
What do you think?
