BCP going down the toilet

Does a slow circle about 3' across pointing in the same direction. The circle does seem to track or move as it circles but not sure which direction it goes. Kinda like a spiral move. It is a real handful to try and do anything with it. To counter the spiral I have to pretty much put the stick into the stops in the opposite direction.

I have looked through the archives and have looked at all I have found but can't seem to find what is wrong.

Any suggestions?

I'm new but it sounds like flybar or shaft might be bent?? just an uneducated guess. The effect you describe is called toilet bowing effect I believe.
