sticky 14MZ stick

My throttle stick on the 14mz feels sticky and i cant hover precisely :motz

How can i smoothen the 14mz stick ? ( i dont dare to open the 14mz apart :arggg: )

For Mode2 there are some adj screws behind the RH rubber plug on the back of the Tx. The other adj screws are under the two rubber grips on the back. Pull them off and you'll see them
