View Full Version : Align parts # for building FBL head?

I'm toying with making my 700N FBL. Now I'm not particularly keen on this idea, being that this heli flies like a BMW M5 drives (smoothness and all), but I might succumb to peer pressure and go ahead.
Now anyway, I wanted to know what Align parts are needed for a conversion of my existing head, and what parts are needed if I want to build a new head from scratch. System is going to be a BeastX, if you wondered.
Thanks!

Thanks but I'd like a complete head assembly, in case I decide to go back to FB.

Then that's what you need, not a full FBL head. That kit uses the FB head so you can change back.

FYI, you can't just switch back and forth, so spending $150 on a different head is a waste of money.
You need a FBL main shaft as well.
Plus, the FBL head and FB head don't share the same parts so that's more money wasted if you want to switch back.
The ADK lets you use the same head you already have, just change the main shaft.

I used the Mikado conversion and the manual says to epoxy and screw the blade grip extension. So mine won't be going back to FB anytime soon.
Matt I'm interested in hearing your FBL experience when your Beastx comes in.

Back to the OP's original inquiry. Here's a link to the 3g 700N manual. Should get you squared away.
