I've read all the threads on the new DX7 and most of them have been very positive. What are the opinions of those who fly Bergens. While I have never experienced a radio glitch, I guess it is a possibility. I like the additional safety of model match. I hate to admit it, but I have forgotten to switch models before, and extra safety is always good for me. I also like the idea of not having to worry about channel interference and the guy who turns on a radio without thinking.

I guess my only concern is the lack of availability of RX. I have a couple of models and want to fly just one radio.

What do you think? Anybody out there flying a DX7?

Lperagallo...I plan on using 2 DX-7's on an Observer soon...hopfully soon after the new year...Now plan to be running the Observer as an electric...not a gasser...

My "E-Magnum" is flying great and now it is time to play with the Observer as an electric...

If you get a DX-7 Bergen in the air before I do...let us know...although I might pick up one of the DX-7's this week and install it in the E-Magnum for now...just to play...

I hope to have my Intrepid flying this weekend on the new DX7. I am sick of chasing radio gremlins. I'll let you know how it goes....

Well, works great! Not one problem, except for the broken tail bell crank :( . Now that was a BIG problem.....
