Here's my setup

Impulse 2100mAh 3 Cell
430L Motor
Align 35A in 450SE
ESC Set to Mid Battery saver (65% accouring to the manual)
Constellation Bench Charger

After one 8.5 mins hover in the back Garden I landed when the ESC started to drop the power.

On hooking the battery to the charger the Volt reading was 10.56Volts. After charging finished I noticed it had put back in 1980mA with a voltage of 12.64 Volts

That seems to be alot of amps for the discharge voltage left in the battery. Is this normal?? :dontknow

You are over discharging your pack, only take out a max of 80% and it will last a lot longer. It is best not to take that pack below 11.1 volts.

I have seen over discharged packs still show OK voltage, and I have seen low voltage on packs that were not 80% down. I would bet you have a pretty new pack there correct?

The pack is about 8 flights - so that's approx 1 hour on it - Is this still considered a new pack??
