what are cd ld and rd knobs used for?can tfind a definite answer in manual thanx

You don't need them to setup a heli. But you can use them for alot of things. I have not tried it but you can use them to fine tune your Throttle curve and pit curve in or around the hover.

Usually they are used to fine tune the hover pitch and hover throttle. And when they are set up to do this. They will only make the adjustment at the mid stick position. So if the hover rpm is not right. The knob can be turned and it will add or decrease throttle at mid stick position. The same with hover pitch.
