I have the same tail set up. It sounds like you either have the motor wires backwards or the reverse switch on the gyro backwards. I test by taking off the head....so you don't get hurt with the blades turning. I then spool up a little and move the heli nose to the left, the tail motor should come on and try to push the nose to the right. Make sure the motor is turning in the right direction first. If the motor is not going in the right direction switch 2 of the wires. If the motor is turning in the right direction, but the gyro does not push the nose back to the right when you move it left, reverse the swich on the gyro......PM me if this does not work........ Your delay should be all the way up and your limit is 60%...........J

did it, but the tail still kicks to the the right when I push the stick to the right. Naturely it suppose to, but the tail go slightly to the right ,and then all of a sudden it kicks hard to right without me doing anything at all.......any ideas ????????????

The gain on you 2n1 is too high. Your gyro sends or stick sends a signal and the the pot on the 2n1 magnifies it. So turn the the pot counter clockwise.... a little at a time..J
