Which BEC should I get

I need to choose a BEC and Im not sure which one to get any suggestions thanks.

I use these ones in all my Logos and they have served me well:

I have read posts where some have experienced glitching caused by the UBEC's but hopefully a ferrit ring should take care of that... or you could just smack in the AR7000 that comes with the DX7 :)

Koolflight is definetly the best UBEC imho, the Medusa seems to sag.
