what size cells are you all using in your Nitro birds?

i am using sub Cs in my raptor 50s and they seem kind of large and heavy...

I am running a 4.8V 2700 Sanyo NIMH in my Raptor Titan 50. In my 90 size birds I run Lithium with a regulator.
