Iam looking for a new mufler for my raptor 50.I'am running an OS 50 hyper engine.

My 2 choises are hatori 522 and zimmerman.Don't know what type of zimmerman is best for my os.Have anyone has got expierence with those 2.I want a verry quit but also more powerfull than the original.

What should I by.

When I had a Hyper 50 I was happy with The Hatori Jason Krause Special made for it. Will James, on the other hand swears by the Muscle Pipe. I doubt you could go "wrong" with either. :wink:

I've run both the MP2 and Hatori SB50 (JK Special) and prefer the Hatori, it has the same or nearly the same power but its quieter and easier to tune throughout the entire rpm range, the mp2 likes to kick it at 17000 (2000 rpm head speed) but was rough at 1600 or 1650.

Hatori 522 here, own MP2 before but still perfer the 522 for over all performace. However, MP2 produce better top end power, don't know why but that what I feel when flying it.
