Thanks Tony. Guess it is time to do some motor hunting and if I just get tired of searching I will just end up getting the Neu 1515-2Y.

oh , dont rule out the C50 15 xl Ion motor , no bodys tried it yet , its sweet spot is 40000 rpms and with a wax wattage of around 2500 , that should be a good flying machine with that

Hey Alvin
I'm going to try the Z50A-800 in mine. Eric suggested just go with the 14.25 ( Tango 4508 ratio) but the formula in the manual worked out at 13.5. We'll see how it goes...This one is one of the first Razors in Oz, should have it next week

Any one had any experience with the Radix blades on a 50 sized electric? I used the MAH on my Logo 14 and wasn't really happy with them.
Finally geting though all the decisions for this, I decided this morning to use a TP 1320 li poly and a duralite reg for the electronics. This Razor will use the Hacker for power, I'll post my experience with this set up once I am flying.

I have not used them yet - but many people are using the Radix 600's on the trex and I believe on the Razors that were tested - I plan on using the Radix main and tail on my Razor. I have also used the 710's on my stratus - great blades.

Bernie,
Let us know how that motor works out.
You will just have to start in one place with the ratio and see. Some times the #'s are right on the money, and and some times not :)

Bernie keep us posted in how the motor works. For now I am going to go with the 1515 since that is already proven with the gear ratio I have.
Eric thanks for all of your help. :D
