Nate,

I forgot to ask, but are you going to keep the rear fuselage off? The full fuselage was one of the things that appealed to me about the FunCopter. Were there problems caused by the rear section?

The rear fuse is going on this weekend, after testing the tail today I didn't have time to put it on.

Had the belt too tight and the motor bogged down on me at low rpm.

Damage: skids but they weren't the stock skids, they were skids from a voyager E

are we the only two with Funcopters???Looks like it. But I'll be getting mine in late Fall/ early Winter. My club has a Fun Fly tomorrow, I'll try to catch some new video of Nate's FunCopter. :)

I can only fly in a circle if i'm in the middle and rotate around with the heli, lame I know, but still learning ;)

i'm looking it buying a funcopter but didn't like the idea on the shaft driven tail, and from the reviews i have read the gear sets break easy.So i was happy to see a fix to convert to belt, So how hard is it to convert and where do i get the part to do so ?

P.S. could you give me a run down of what you think about the FC

very simple to mod, but will take some filing.

I like the funcopter so much that i'm selling the rest of my FP heli's (I only fly FP, and have no desire to go CP)

If you can get the ARF, I'd go that route and get a better gyro and metal geared cyclics.
