Hey,

Brushed motor or brushless? If brushed is it perhaps tired and old which inturn is making it not produce enought power to lift off?

What about your flight batterys, are they still useable and capable of providing the power needed to fly?

Also look at your transmitter throttle settings and ESC to.

HI

Yes it is a Brushed motor and the battery, I am using one of my Trex-450 ones.

It sounds like your motor is too small for the eco 8.

Hey,

If this model has flown in the past ok then I'm inclined to think the motor is worn out and hence not producing enough power to lift the model off the deck.

Perhaps now is the right time to invest in a nice new out runner which will provide all the power you could possibly need. I have heard of the AXI range of motors being used in Eco 8's to good effect, but what one I am not sure.
The best solution to findinf whats best for you is to work out from the head speed your looking to run and the gear ratios available to you what motor Kv rating to choose.
One point to remember is not to go to high with the Kv rating, stick to around 800~1000Kv and gear accordingly so that you keep a decent amount of torque.

Are you using a single trex 450 battery pack ?

if so thats the problem.
