Find someone with a 1010/210V conbo and have them check the voltages of the individual cells, may have a bad cell, and I'm sure they would warranty the pack if it does.

I have the 1010/210 combo the cells all read fine its just the pack seems weaker. Also the balencer reads only 5 cells some times. If i wiggle the wires a little and unplug it and plug it back in it will read fine. Also the 210 will show six red leds and beeps endlessly I dont think it should be this way. I cant tell if I just have a bad pack or a bad tp210 balencer.

If it beeps constantly it is telling you there is a problem and usually this means a cell or cells are overcharged above 4.3V.
Do you have a meter you can read each cell with? Or read the balancer with the charger and see what it is telling you for cell voltages.

Tested the battery and it reads fine on the 210 but sometimes it will read only five cells or quit charging the charger will check cell count. This sucks I am waiting for a response to my email I sent to TP. It will probably be some time because of the holidays.
One of my brand new TPX5000s shows up as only 5 cells on the 210, I imagine that TP will replace it, but I don't expect to hear anything back from them until tomorrow.
I would talk to them and get it replaced if I were you..
