I got a chance to take a look at an Outrage Velocity 50 and thought that it could be a good entry level machine into FAI style flying. The rotor head is fully programmable, canopy and design is shaped thinner, coupled with the longer tail boom would make good fast forward flight performance. What do you guys think ?

I'm currently flying a Trex 600 NSP which is heavily modified to suit FAI style flying. Thought of getting a better machine with a programmable rotor head. I'm sticking to a 50 sized heli due to budget constraint. Also, what do you guys think about the Hirobo SDX for FAI flying ?

the better machine would be the older hirobo sceadu EVO, as the SDX has more of a 3D machine and the original EVO is a FAI and super stable

used to have one, would hover hands off and nearly flew itself, u just had to suggest the flight path.
