I have one of my EVO packs that is about 3 months old that is severely out of balance. I charge with the TP 1010 and a TP205 every time, all my other packs are within .01 volts but this one is consistenly at .03 or higher. Any one have any experience with warranty through flightpower or duralite here in the states?

Call them, they are VERY responsive to warranty issues.

Do you call flightpower or duralite here in FL? Do you have a number for them by any chance?
Thanks

I am now a Duralite/Flightpower customer for life! Called them on Tuesday and they sent me a return merchandise form the same day. They would heve even shipped the new battery on Tuesday but they are currently out of stock, should ship by the end of the week. That is the best customer service I have experienced in this hobby yet. Thanks Performance RC for the first class service.

I was just thinking of getting a couple of Align packs to keep me in the air, but now I'll buy another FP 4900. The first one I have seems to be pretty strong.
