I used to have a Trex 450 but never did try flat bottom blades. I suspect they will lift more but at the cost of a less stable hover. Flat and semi blades tend to "skate" around in a hover and will balloon more in wind.
Flat or semi's with washout fly much more like syms but still benefit from extra lift.

I agree, my Trex450 AP ship is more stable under 335PROs than Like90 flat-bottoms

I know they're not in the size range you're looking for, but I'm flying the 690 semi-sym's with 3 degrees of washout on my E-Raptor. They don't skate around as much as the 660 semi-syms I was flying, but they really balloon if it's windy.
They're not as efficient either, they're pulling more current to hover than the 660's were.

The 660's are on Century's website as FunKeys, but the 690's are Rotortechs.
