Default No lift from my trex 600!!

Everything is stock including pinion, motor, esc and etc. I'm getting 12 degrees positive pitch and 12 degrees negative pitch. When I increase the throttle the pitch moves up giving me positive pitch to lift the bird, but nothing happens. What's going on? I'm on a dx7 with 100% throttle.

You might need 2/3 to 3/4 stick before the heli lifts off the ground.

This sounds really stupid but you have got the main blades on the correct way around or not reversed the motor so it's going around backwards? When I first built the original trex 600 n the instructions didn't say if the blades went clock wise or anti clockwise I had to look at the pic on the box and ask my Brother, sounds stupid now but back then I had never built a chopper and had been flying a 4 channel medivac thing lol

Default re

check on your radio if there is a pitch slider. This happens to me on my JR when the slider on the side is down. I changes the height of the swash .

so check the buttons and sliders on your radio

Make sure you check to see if your swash is going in the right direction. Whne you add positive collective pitch you should see the swash moving up. Before I had a Blade 400 and the swash movement was totally different from other heli manufacturers. Basically, when I added pitch to my 600 ESP, it would just sit there. Unbeknowst to me I had my swash reversed in my 600.

This happened to me today. Just programmed my DX8 for use with the 600 and I made a set-up mistake. I accidentally had the flight mode function set on my throttle hold switch. I spooled up to full power and the 600 would not lift off. After going through my radio and inhibiting the flight mode it finally took off.
