I have been [re]building my Razor 600e according to the build instructions. I noticed the installation and setup of the Futaba GY-611 Gyro is devoid of much detail.
Which wheel/horn do you use? Which hole do you put the ball in? I notice the linkage scrapes the frame unless the ball is installed from the back side of the wheel. Is that how you did it? How did you setup the Gyro control amp? Right now I am at factory default. Finally, did you need to reverse the rudder channel in the control amp and/or radio?
Thanks for giving a starting point,

Put on a servo wheel and position the ball. So it will allow you full throw each direction. You would need the travel adjustment on the gyro screen at least above 100% each direction.
Rudder direction is controlled by the transmitter.
The reverse in the gyro amp adjusts the direction the gyro operates.
For example.
If you twist the heli with the nose going to the left. The tail should get a right direction command. If it is getting a left direction command the gyro would need reversed.
Page 85 of the manual. Do you have the tail servo mounted like the picture. If you have the servo with the mounting lugs of the servo on top the frame. The servo is sitting too high. It needs to be mounted so that the frame is on top of the lugs.
