S9254 and 6 volts (regulated)

I know the S9254 is not rated for a 5 cell pack, but how about 6 volts off a regulator (UBEC or Medusa or ParkBEC)?

5 cell pack gives about 7.2 volts fully charged, which is obviously too much. But a 4 cell pack full charged gives 5,8 volts.

I know of more than several pilots that use the 9254 on regulated 6 volts with no problems.

Yep, regulated will be fine.
