After completing my lipo alarm last night using point to point soldering I decided it was just too messy looking for my preference. As a result I'll be making a circuit board for my alarm. It's a little expensive compared to point to point but looks better, supports testing/repair better, and just gives the product better overall appeal.
It's generally just as easy to make several boards as it is to make just one.

That being said my goal is to do 2 things:
1. Provide a temporary source for lipo alarm circuit boards.
2. Recover the cost of making the boards.

The circuit is pretty simple. I used off the shelf components from Radio Shack. It's adjustable and will require a Volt meter for adjustment. Current design easily supports 2s, 3s, 4s, and 5s packs. It will probably support larger packs (I've just not calculated it).
2 transistors, 3 resistors, 1 capacitor, 1 buzzer, hookup wire /connector required to finish it.

Boards will probably be available cheap, I'm just checking to see interest before I start so I can do one run.

edit: adding images - These are NOT what I'm proposing folks buy. This is one that I made without a proper board to test the basic design and circuit. I'm looking harder now at Surface mount and cutting board size down dramatically. Connection to the battery will probably goto a small wire pair with a connector. That would allow for placing the alarm anywhere.

Schematic - Props to origional designer, I've made some mods.

At a good 'nuff price, I'd likely take at least a couple off your hands.

well they are just blank etched circuit boards, you'll need to add the components. I've not looked at making the alarms for profit (nor do I have the time). they will probably run $5 plus shipping. I'll wait to see how they turn out first.

If we can get at least 5 folks that want one and find someone that knows that gerber 715x format is (something like that..the lady didn't speak good english and the company is in Tx. ) we can get them professionally made for $10-$12 each. A bit more but professionally done.
