Reflex adapter working intermittantly

My reflex adapter is working only when I put it in the usb port and jiggle it around. I popped the cover off but can't see anything immediately that could be wrong. Can someone with a bit more understanding of this give me a hand?

For anyone running into this problem, look at the contacts in the plug. I would suspect that you will see that they are not as high as your other USB connectors (May be manufacture or worn).

Call MRC or where ever you purchased XTR, and send it back for Repair/Replacement.
