DC adapter on the side of my TX...

there is a port on the right side of my TX that says charge on it. can I use this to power my TX? if it is, can I use this with batteries installed, or should I remove them before plugging it in?

It's for charging only if you install rechargable batteries. Center conductor is neg. I think on stock Blade type xmtrs. It does not supply power to xmtr electronics. :)
