TP 205 Balancer help needed please

I always charge and balance at the same time today i tried to check my cells using the balancer and when i connect my Thunder Power 2070 3 cell to it the red led flash from led 1 to led 3 and wont stop for over an hour and a half anyone have a clue ?? thanks

Pack is out of balance. Let it sit. My Align 6S 4400s were like this when I first got 'em and one of 'em took almost 2 hours to balance out before I charged it.

Just keep an eye on it. The balancer can get pretty warm while it balances the pack.
