Blade CP Pro lost tail power??

I recently upgraded my BladeCPPRO to the E-flight 20 amp brushless esc. When I'm going through the setup everything works fine and if I leave it plugged in the tail works fine. As soon as I unplug the li-po and plug it back in, I have no power to the tail motors. Anyong experience this before? If so what can I do to fix it?

Try full left rudder to see if it will initialise.
