Blade CX 2 only spins

I got a new CX2 for xmas and I have never flown a heli before. It was going fine but now it only spins and I can not get it to stopor lift off the ground. I have made sure the batteries are fully charged and still same thing. any ideas?

Rebind the transmitter and make sure you set the failsafe correctly.

Check to make sure the collar that holds the inner shaft on the bottom of the heli is tight and lined up with the flats on the shaft

Yep...the coller on the innershaft is loose
