Will unsorted JR radio also effect this sim

Have just built a heli and am having all sorts of trouble sorting out the Tx (JR). Will these problems in the real heli be the same as when I use my Tx on this sim. I can not get my heli pitch curves to operate correctly. Have them in 'normal' mode with the low point set at 40 (should be about 1-2 negative degrees) but its still at -10. No adjustments to the pitch curves, make any differene to the heli.

So will this problem carry over into the sim?

Dis-regard my question. I have sorted out my Tx and also been informed that it would not have effected the sim as you use what is called 'dummy mode'. I know who the dummy is.
