Hi all,

I finally completed build on my L10 CF, with the exception of installing the ESC and UBEC. (I also have a couple of wiring question that I will post seperately). I bought the PLesc mount from FX, but not sure how to install it. The package came with just two screw/nuts and a couple of washers. Are there any install parts missing?

My motor plate is aluminum, and the (vertical) plastic between the motor plate and frame sides is only about 3mm wide and any screw position there will hit the side bolts securing the frame. There are two scerw holes underneath the motor plate, but do not even come close to aligning with the PLesc mount holes. What am I missing out on here?

I have a Z-Power motor where the wire protrude from the bottom. Would anyone happen to have a couple of pictures they could post that would clearly show a good install for the PLesc?

Hello,

This is how I mounted mine on the CHP frame set. I found some plastic spacers in my spare tools box and bolted them to the frame and then bolted the PLESC to these spacers.

Thanks Lorents. I have sorting through my spare parts to see what I can come up with also. Good idea!

I was able to attach the PLESC mount; farily simple. A bit of a hack job, but it works.

I rotated the wires of my Z30 so it came out the side of the frame - put some fuel tubing on the edge so it doesnt hack up the motor wires. To attatch the ESC mount, I just used 4 mini cable ties - two through the motor plate on each side, and two through the side fames on each side...kinda hard to explain without a piccy...ill see if i can get one for ya...
